我们收集的信息
账户信息。 若您创建或登录账户，我们会收集电子邮件地址、显示名称、身份验证提供方以及订阅或权益状态等标识。
活动与场次信息。 我们存储活动码、所选语言、场次设置、出席记录、时间戳以及礼拜或活动标题，以便听众加入并在之后找到自己参加过的场次。
音频、转写、字幕与经文。 现场音频经处理以生成转写、翻译、字幕以及可选的经文建议。仅当组织方开启录音或回放功能时，才会存储录音和回放文件。
听众创建的内容。 高亮、笔记、聊天提示、已存经文、个人照片、生成的摘要、问题卡、播客脚本/音频，以及听众为安全审查举报的人工智能回答，可存储给创建它们的已登录听众。
联系人已保存。 在支持联系人功能的地方，我们会存储 Koine 联系人关系和联系时间，以及您选择保存到 Koine 账户或组织中的个人姓名和电话号码。系统通讯录选择器只会向 Koine 提供您所选的条目；我们不会上传您的整个通讯录。将某个条目保存到设备的通讯录应用是一项由您单独控制的操作。

Private website and app activity records. Separately, our restricted internal records retain available IP addresses and proxy information, browser identifiers and language, approximate network location, time zone, referring domains and pages, campaign tags, visited pages, clicked destinations, and web and app feature requests with their response status. Website visits use a tab identifier; app onboarding visits use a temporary identifier that continues across backgrounding and restarts. When you create or use an account, we can link that visit and subsequent onboarding activity to your account. During personal and organization onboarding on the web, iOS and Android, we also retain the organization name, website, contact details and setup choices you provide, including when you leave before creating an account. We use that activity to prepare short internal onboarding reports for the Koine team. We keep the activity records for 90 days to understand acquisition, investigate misuse, and diagnose service problems. They are not sent to PostHog. We exclude passwords, sign-in and invitation credentials, other typed form content, microphone audio, and transcript text from these records.
Account activation milestones. To understand where signup stops, we compare account creation and verification timestamps with the first completed product action reported by the app or confirmed by our server. We retain only the account identifier, first-use time, feature category and evidence type for this milestone, without message content or network identifiers. The milestone is kept while the account exists and is deleted with the account; it is separate from the 90-day activity records.

Offers and product news. If you choose to receive Koine offers and product news by email when you create an account, we use your email address to send occasional emails about offers and new features. This is off unless you choose it, and you do not need it to use Koine. We record your choice, the wording you were shown and when you made it. To stop these emails at any time, write to hello@getkoine.com.

免费活动申请。 组织申请免费活动时，我们会核实它是真实存在的组织。自动检查可能会借助 OpenAI 的网页搜索查看该组织自身的公开信息，例如其网站和公开名录。检查只获得组织的名称、网站、所在城市和电子邮件域名，绝不获得申请人的姓名，也不会查询任何个人。凡是检查无法确定的申请，都由人工审核。这些记录保留 12 个月；如果该组织成为客户，则保留更久。
法律依据
在为提供服务或履行与您或某组织的合同所必要时，我们处理账户、活动、已保存内容与订阅数据。可选地向第三方人工智能提供方共享所选内容，以及录音或类似功能依法需要同意时，我们依据同意处理。为保障服务、防止欺诈与滥用、诊断个别支持事件并维持可靠性，我们依据合法利益处理，前提是这些利益不凌驾于您的权利之上。在为遵守税务、会计、消费者保护或其他法定义务所必要时，我们处理有限记录。
We rely on your consent to send offers and product news by email. Withdrawing it does not affect emails already sent.

Optional ChatGPT or Claude connection
If you choose to connect Koine to ChatGPT or Claude, you select a Koine account and authorize read access to its profile, synced event history, personal notes and highlights, the text of photos and slides it saved, and the transcripts and shared slides the event host makes available to that account. Slides and saved photos are read as text: the words on a slide and a description of the image, never the image itself. For events the account hosts, in its private workspace or an organization it can act for, the assistant can read audience counts: how many people joined, listened and for how long, by language and platform, and how many questions were asked and answered. It never receives who attended, their devices or what they asked. This connection cannot change or delete your Koine data. Only available, retained transcript text can be read; a connection does not restore missing speech or change an event's retention settings.
Sensitive content and your choice. Event history, notes, highlights and transcripts may reveal religious beliefs or contain other sensitive personal information. Connecting is optional. On the connection page, you choose whether to share your account name, email and requested Koine content with the named assistant provider. Only connect if you want that content shared; using Koine without this connection remains available.
The assistant receives data through this connection when it uses Koine tools. ChatGPT's use and retention of that data follow OpenAI's terms, privacy policy and your ChatGPT settings; Claude's follow Anthropic's terms, privacy policy and your Claude settings. You can stop future access by disconnecting Koine in the assistant or on Koine's connection-management page. Disconnecting does not delete data already present in a conversation. This connection has its own consent and disconnection controls, separate from permission for Koine's built-in AI.

您的选择与账户删除
您可退出登录、清除本地已保存的场次、在可用时删除单条高亮或聊天，并在账户设置中撤回向人工智能共享数据的许可。在 Koine 移动应用中，打开“资料库”，再点齿轮图标，再点“您的账户”，再点“删除账户”，即可在不联系支持的情况下删除账户。组织方可在主办控制台的账户设置中删除账户数据。若无法使用应用，请发邮件至 hello@getkoine.com 从您的账户邮箱发送，主题为 “Delete my Koine account”，我们将在 30 天内删除该账户及其数据。删除听众账户会从活动系统中移除其资料、已保存的活动出席记录、高亮、笔记、聊天、私人个人照片、生成的回顾材料与音频、账单状态以及与账户关联的安全举报，但我们必须为法律或财务义务保留的有限信息除外。App Store 或 Google Play 订阅须在相应商店账户中另行取消；应用提供直接的订阅管理操作。
您的隐私权利
根据适用法律，您可要求查阅、更正、删除、限制处理或获取个人数据的可携副本，并可对基于合法利益的处理提出异议。若处理基于同意，您可随时撤回该同意，不影响此前合法处理。请将请求发送至 hello@getkoine.com。在完成请求前，我们可能需要核验您的身份。
若您认为您的数据被非法处理，请先联系我们以便调查。您也有权向挪威数据保护局（Datatilsynet）或您当地的监管机构投诉。
安全
我们使用访问控制、私有存储、短期录音链接以及服务器端供应商密钥。任何在线服务都无法保证绝对安全，但我们努力保护数据，并将访问限制在必要范围。
儿童与学校
Koine 可用于学校或家庭活动。组织方负责提供适当告知，并取得涉及儿童、录音、回放与转写所需的任何授权。听众账户与付费 Intelligence 功能仅应由能有效同意本服务的人使用，或在需要时获得父母、监护人或负责组织的授权。
国际处理

Koine Interpreter supplement

Koine Interpreter is provided by VOIS AI AS, organization number 936920594, Alsvågveien 509, 8432 Alsvåg, Norway. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@getkoine.com. This supplement applies in addition to the Koine privacy policy at https://getkoine.com/privacy.
Account and qualification. Koine Interpreter uses your Koine account for sign-in. We process your email, display name and account identifier. When you apply for interpreter work, we check your TolkID against Norway's Nasjonalt tolkeregister and retain the listed name, languages, qualification categories, register-check timestamps, verification status and agreement version/status. We use these details to verify eligibility and control access to work; the register listing is not treated as proof that its holder is the person using the account. Koine must complete its separate identity check before approval.
Work coordination. We process availability, shifts and check-in/out times, booking assignments and responses, call offers and responses, job status and timestamps, the relevant organization and languages, and earnings amounts and accounting status. The app registers an installation identifier and Apple push tokens so calls can reach the correct signed-in device. Customer dispatch and payouts are currently disabled; a private Test call creates no paid work.
Voice, video and archives. Your microphone audio is relayed through Koine for the active Station conversation. Optional camera sharing uses LiveKit and starts only when you switch it on. The app stops sharing the camera when it backgrounds or the job ends. The native app does not save local recordings. Koine's session archive can retain interpreted voice and captions when the organization enables the relevant archive settings and required participant choices have been made. Audio and transcript retention are separate settings; not every saved transcript has an audio recording. Locked public-sector conversations prohibit recording. Saved content is subject to the session's configured retention and deletion controls described in the general policy. Do not assume that using the Interpreter app alone makes a conversation unrecorded. Interpreters must not make their own recordings or copies.
Providers and purposes. Koine uses Supabase for account/database storage, Railway for its voice relay, Apple for call notifications, and LiveKit Cloud for optional camera relay. LiveKit project data is configured for Frankfurt; live camera traffic can use its global network. Recording for LiveKit agent debugging is disabled. Its operational metadata can remain for 12 months, subject to legal exceptions. Qualification checks use Nasjonalt tolkeregister. Account and work data support providing the service and fulfilling agreed work. Identity/qualification checks and service security support legitimate interests in safe and reliable interpretation, subject to the balancing and rights described in the general policy. Legally required accounting records are processed to meet those obligations. Optional media sharing and archives must follow the applicable consent and organization rules. The existing policy also describes the providers used when a Station chooses AI translation.
Your controls and deletion. You can edit your displayed name, sign out, and delete your Koine account from Me. Deleting the account removes sign-in, the interpreter profile, languages, availability and device registration. Limited work records, interpreter names and transaction information can remain where needed for accounting or to establish or resolve legal claims; the account identifier is cleared where the schema requires it. Deleting your interpreter account does not delete an organization's independently retained session archive. You can request information, correction or deletion, and exercise the rights described in the general policy, by contacting hello@getkoine.com. No advertising or cross-app tracking is used.
Koine Sales and assistant connections

Koine Sales is provided by VOIS AI AS. This supplement applies in addition to the general Koine privacy policy and covers our sales workspace and connections to assistants such as ChatGPT.
Account and sales records. We process your account identifier, name, email address, Sales access and connected mailbox configuration. Sales records can include company and contact details, correspondence, activities, notes, follow-up tasks, pipeline estimates and saved call recordings or transcripts. We use these records to provide the sales workspace, prepare conversations and drafts, coordinate follow-ups, maintain business correspondence and protect access to the service. The legal bases and privacy rights described in the general policy also apply.
Mailbox and drafts. Koine reads requested messages from your configured mailbox provider. Prepared drafts and their review records can contain the sender, Reply-To, recipients, subject, complete body, signature and attached files. Discarding a draft marks it as discarded; it does not erase its stored review record. The assistant connection prepares drafts and has no message-sending tool. Review and sending are separate actions in Koine Sales.
What the connected assistant receives. After you approve access through Koine's sign-in and consent page, the assistant can request data within your existing Sales permissions. This can include your identity and signature, company and contact records, mailbox messages, saved transcripts, activities and follow-ups. Tool results are sent to the assistant provider so it can respond to you. Your assistant conversations and copies of returned information are also subject to that provider's privacy terms and your account settings. The plugin does not record microphone audio or upload your device's address book.
Storage and service providers. Koine uses Supabase for account, database and private file storage, Railway for its backend and Vercel for its website, as described in the general policy. Mailbox content is read from the configured provider, including Google Gmail or Koine's hosted mailbox service. Existing saved transcripts may have been processed using the transcription providers described in the general policy. OpenAI receives tool results when you connect through ChatGPT. We do not include account passwords, access tokens or mailbox credentials in the plugin package or public listing.
Retention and disconnection. Sales records, saved transcripts and draft review records support ongoing business correspondence and follow-up. They do not have an automatic expiry when an assistant connection ends. We retain them while needed for those purposes, subject to deletion requests and the legal, security and accounting exceptions described in the general policy. Content in the source mailbox follows that provider's retention and deletion controls. Removing a connection in the assistant and revoking its access in Koine Sales stop that connection's access; they do not delete underlying CRM records, source mailbox messages, or copies already held by the assistant provider.
Requests and controls. To request access, correction, export or deletion of Sales personal data, contact hello@getkoine.com from your account address and identify the account or records concerned. We may need to verify your identity and responsibility for shared business records. Requests are handled under the privacy rights and legal exceptions in the general policy. Contact the mailbox or assistant provider separately for copies held in those services. Koine Sales is intended for authorized business users.
