Two people, two languages, one conversation
Each person speaks their own language and hears the other in theirs — back and forth, with automatic turn-taking.
Two people, two languages, one table.
A parent meeting, a resident at the counter, a visitor after the service. Three ways to run it, from the same station.
Shared tablet
The tablet lies flat between you, and each side reads the other's words in its own language.
Own phones
Each person scans a QR code with their own phone and listens or reads there, in the browser.
Wireless headsets
Up to three people at the table each wear a wireless headset, and each headset hears only its own language.
A conversation, not an audience
Conversation mode turns two phones into a two-way translated exchange. Useful for a viewing, an appointment, a neighbour, a supplier.
Need to reach someone who is not in the room?
From the Koine app, a translated phone call rings an ordinary number through Koine's own number. Available as an add-on on request.
A medical, legal or contractual conversation still needs a qualified interpreter.
